1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BreafIO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Products

All digital products sold on BreafIO are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template or starter kit for personal or commercial projects.

3. License Terms

You may use purchased templates in unlimited projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the template code as a standalone product. Modifications and derivative works for your own projects are permitted.

4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are in USD. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if the product is materially different from its description.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

BreafIO and its content (excluding purchased templates) are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reproduce our branding or site content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

BreafIO provides products "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
